Jim Jarvis, Aurora Civic Center Authority vice president of programming and sales, Wednesday, July 18, shows Sebastian, a crab puppet used in Paramount Theatre‘s production of Disney’s “The little Mermaid.” Jarvis gave a talk at the West Aurora Concerned Citizens Neighborhood Group’s monthly meeting at Aurora’s Fifth Ward West Side office.
