Dolan and Murphy was 1-2 at the Boys of Summer tournament in Denmark, Wis. July 9-11.
Dolan, with a 12-10 won-loss record, will be in action July 23-25 in the Eau Claire, Wis. tournament.
Dolan defeated Appleton, Wis. in its first game, 11-0. Winning pitcher was Michael Jameson with Kevin Sexton and Michael Drees each with picking up three runs batted in, and Robert Reder and Luis Saldana each with two hits.
Dolan was defeated by Kegel of North Dakota, 10-0. Losing pitcher for Dolan was Jose DeLeon and Robert Reder collected the team’s lone hit.
In their next game Dolan was defeated 8-0 by Mascoutah, Ill.. Oscar Sanchez was the losing pitcher with Robert Reder collecting the lone Dolan hit.
For the season, Jake Bryan is leading in batting average, with a .487 average Robert Reder .423, and Mick Baker .365. Pitcher DeLeon has a 6-2 record, Oscar Sanchez 2-2, Jameson 1-4, Jordan Eckman, 3-1 Kyle Pittman 0-1.
