The Aurora African-American Heritage Advisory Board’s 14th Annual Heritage Dinner Friday at the Gaslite Manor in Aurora includes recognition of Dr. Darrell Echols, principal of Metea Valley High School, with a Mayoral Proclamation naming February 23 as Darrell Echols Day in Aurora.
