Celebrating “Spring Fling,” Aurora Lions club will hold its annual spring pancake breakfast fundraiser Saturday, April 11 from 8 a.m. to noon.
The event will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 27 E. Edgelawn Drive in Aurora. The public is invited to pose for photos with the Easter bunny. Parking is free.
The menu includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, mini donuts, milk, coffee, and orange juice. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for children three to 12 years old.
In addition to pancakes, the event will feature free vision screenings, balloon art, face-painting, raffles of a quilt and plush animals, collection of used eyeglasse, and sneakers, and free seed packets to the first 100 children.
Proceeds will benefit Lions’ vision- and hearing-impaired programs. Tickets are available from Aurora Lions, at the door, or by calling 630-921-1307.
