Dear editor;
As longtime residents of Aurora Township, it is clear to us the only qualified candidate for Township supervisor is Bill Catching. Bill has performed admirably in his position and truly represented the entire community effectively and selflessly. He has the experience and the slate of candidates to continue to be an effective servant of the Township and its residents.
His opponent in the upcoming primary, Alex Arroyo, is manifestly unqualified to hold such a position of responsibility. As a failed perennial candidate, he seems more interested in gaining power than representing the public. And if the tax records on file for Mr. Arroyo are correct, he appears to have a problem with staying current with his own property taxes.
We don’t believe the taxpayers of Aurora Township should entrust the finances of the township to an individual who can’t manage his own.
The clear choice for voters is Bill Catching. Please join us in enthusiastically voting for Bill and his team, Juan Thomas for Aurora Township Clerk, and Doloris Hicks, David Moore, and Jenifer Fearday for Aurora Township trustees.
Annie Craig, Former Aurora Township trustee and supervisor, and Frank Craig, Aurora Township
