Individuals new to the Fox Valley area, or those seeking new social connections, are invited to attend a Fox Valley Newcomers and Neighbors luncheon Wednesday, Jan. 15, at Houlihan’s in Geneva Commons. Carolyn Sackett will speak on “Brain on Music”.
She will share ideas on the intricate connections between music and the human brain, with a focus on the beneficial and altering effects of listening and producing music. Deadline for reservations is Tuesday, Jan. 7.
