Tour de Club at Montgomery VFW Saturday
The Montgomery VFW Post 7452 will hold its eighth annual Tour de Club with a start at 1 p.m. Saturday. There will be six sites to tour for a fundraiser to assist children’s charitable organizations. The pub crawl will include Amvets, St. George, Luxemburg Club, Turner’s Club, and the Third Ward Club. There will be 50/50 raffles and donations will be accepted. Those interested in participating should meet at 1 p.m. at the Montgmery VFW Post 7452, 121 N. River Street, Montgomery.

Pancake breakfast Oct. 27 in Aurora
Aurora’s Noon Lions Club will hold a pancake breakfast fundraiser from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center, 732 Prairie Street in Aurora.
The public is invited to attend in Halloween costumes. Free color photos will be taken and available in minutes. Photo frames will be available for a nominal fee.
The menu includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, mini donuts, orange juice, and coffee or milk.
Tickets are $6 for adults, $4 for children three to 12 years old, and $25 for a family. Proceeds will benefit Lions’ programs to aid vision- and hearing-impaired persons.

Naperville 5K Turkey Trot family fun
The Naperville Noon Lions will be host to its 21st annual 5K Turkey Trot Thanksgiving Day morning Thursday, Nov. 22, at 8 a.m.. It is a family-friendly, fun event that will begin at Naperville Central High School, 440 Aurora Avenue, in Naperville. Running strollers can be used for children. Registration is available only at napervilleturkeytrot.com. All proceeds from this event will go to support individuals who have low vision and are blind and cannot afford necessary services.
