In honor of every Holocaust victim, living and dead, Temple B’nai Israel, 400 North Edgelawn Drive in Aurora, will be host to an annual remembrance at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 11. The community is invited to attend this important Yom HaShoah event.
A dedicated service will be led by Rabbi Edward Friedman with special prayers and readings. In addition, he will be joined by other religious leaders and clergy from around the community. The St. John African Methodist Episcopal Choir of Aurora will be an inspiring contributor to the memorial.
