Laura Vargas, program director of the Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) Aurora office gives a brief overview of Children’s Services Foster Care programs at the Kiwanis Club of Aurora Tuesday. She was joined by representatives to explain the four types of foster care programs and the need their organization has for foster parents.
