In view: St. Charles Arts Council, Fox River Arts Ramble

The St Charles Arts Council announced its 2023 Student Art Show will be held at 116 Gallery in Downtown St. Charles, April 15 through May 6. The show will feature student artwork (both K-12 students and currently enrolled undergraduate students) from the Fox River Valley. The 2023 Student Art Show is sponsored by the St. Charles Kiwanis Club.

“The Student Art Show continues to be one of our signature events,” stated Kathryn Hill, executive director of the St. Charles Arts Council. “We’re happy to showcase the amazing talent that lives right here in the Fox River Valley.”

Students throughout the Fox River Valley are encouraged to submit jpg images of their artwork before March 17. There is no entry fee to participate, and any medium except videos will be considered.

The Fox River Arts Ramble will be held Saturday, June 3 at venues from Elgin to Aurora, 1 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The event is a collaboration effort between the Fine Line Creative Arts Center and the St. Charles Arts Council. It was created in 2017 to invite the public into artists studios and galleries.
