Naperville area residents and businesses are invited to save the date for the 2023 Community Job Fair set for Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023. Naperville Park District and KidsMatter will co-host the event.
The Job Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fort Hill Activity Center in the gymnasium, first floor, 20 Fort Hill Drive, in Naperville. This is a free event and is intended for a variety of job seekers, from high school students (ages 15 and up) to senior adults.
“We are pleased to partner again with KidsMatter to co-host this job fair,” said Katie Sepe, Director of Human Resources. “The timing of the fair is intended to encourage college students who are home on Winter break to take advantage of this opportunity to begin seeking Summer employment and internships.”
The 2023 Job Fair will include opportunities for retirees and other adults seeking part-time work. For example, park maintenance and golf course maintenance positions at the Naperville Park District can be ideal for retirees who are looking for a flexible schedule. Additionally, positions at Fort Hill Activity Center and in recreation programs often have flexible daytime schedules.
