Everyone is invited to honor and remember our Nation’s heroes from the Korean War by visiting the Traveling Korean War Memorial, June 23 -25, Lake Park, 2200 Lee Street, Des Plaines. Statues can be viewed 24 hours a day.

- Saturday, June 24, main program, 1 p.m.. Features include Chicago Korean Dance Company, Chicago Korean American Choir, Korean Cultural Center of Chicago, Pungmul School, Consul General of South Korea, Jung Han Kim
- Sunday, June 25, closing ceremony, 1 p.m..
American Post 36 will have memorabilia on display at the post home, 1291 Oakwood Avenue, Des Plaines, June 5-22, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m..
