Chicagoland’s second-snowiest Halloween didn’t dampen the festivities for the State’s second-largest city. Many thousands of children and family members braved the weather to participate in an easy, convenient, trick-or-treating experience in downtown Aurora. The seventh annual Halloween at City Hall featured more participants than last year as children of all ages visited more than 20 City department booths lining the one-block-long Water Street Mall adjacent to City Hall.
