Late Herschel Luckinbill, honored with Route 30 dedication

The Illinois State Route 30 Dedication Ceremony in memory of Herschel Luckinbill Friday, Oct. 13 at Oswego Village Hall, honored the late former resident from Montgomery. He was a dedicated voice for military veterans. The area on Route 30 between Douglas Road and River Road was named in his memory.
