The Oswegoland Park Foundation is accepting applications for the Leon McNair Memorial Scholarship for high school seniors. There will be three $1,500 scholarships available with a deadline of April 30. Application can be sent to www.greeneroswegoland.org. Skill in golf not a criterion.
Leon McNair was a northern Illinois golf icon with a passion for player development. The Leon McNair Memorial Scholarship’s objective is to annually grant scholarships of $1,500 to students who have demonstrated excellence in character and are involved with golf.
