• Kane County’s Recycling collection event: The next event will be Saturday, April 13 from 8 a.m. to noon at 540 S. Randall Road. Electronics and books will be accepted. There is a fee for TVs and computer monitors, both tube and flat screen, of $25. for screens under 21 inches (measured diagonally) and $35. for screens 21 inches and larger. • Oswego Community Recycling Day: The following items for reuse, repurposing, recycling, or safe disposal will be accepted from 9 a.m – noon Saturday, April 13 at Oswego Public Works facility, 100 Theodore Drive: Televisions at no additional charge, printers, computers, videocassette recorders, cell phones, Christmas lights, polystyrene #6.
