Retired U.S. Army Major General James H. Mukoyama, Jr., is the guest speaker at the Navy League Aurora Council 247 during a presentation Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Grandma’s Table Restaurant in Montgomery. Major General Mukoyama, Jr.’s topic, The Moral Wounds of War, reflects problems of Vietnam veterans, to include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
