Director of Community Development for North Aurora, Mike Toth, reviews a petitioner’s special use request at the North Aurora Village Board meeting Monday to open a microbrewery in the Orchard Crossing Shopping Center.
At least 1,600 square feet of the facility would be used for brewing operations. Hours of operation previously were stated not to be later than 10 p.m..
There will be no kitchen at the location and food sales will be pre-packaged, preferably with food from the community. The Board unanimously approved.
