The North Aurora Police Department made a Facebook post to help those unable to obtain necessary items.
“Unable to get to the store for groceries, child or pet items, or medicine, we’d like to help connect you with someone to help. We don’t want anyone to go without, or be scammed trying to find help.
“Just E-mail pdinfo@northaurora.org with your name, address, contact information and how we can help. Or, call 630-897-8705 and we’ll connect you with a volunteer that can help within a couple of days.”
