The Goo Goo Dolls concert Saturday at Arranmore Farm and Polo Club in Oswego includes two individuals from New York who purchased tickets thinking the concert was in Oswego, N.Y.. They decided to make the trip and use the tickets to see singer Gavin DeGraw. The inaugural Cal’s Concert Series performances by Gavin DeGraw and Goo Goo Dolls were spectacular according to reports, even though Mother Nature was not fully cooperative. The band played a full extra 30 minutes to make up almost all the time the storm lost. With crowds that exceeded wildest expectations, sponsors said they truly appreciated all the feedback which will be used to enhance and improve future events. The support was for the Cal’s Angels mission of granting wishes, raising awareness, and funding research to help kids fighting cancer.
