Oswego Senior Center events: Windows 10, Medicare, Ask a Cop

The Oswego Senior Center, 156 E. Washington Street, Oswego, will be host to many events for seniors. All events will take place at the Oswego Senior Center unless otherwise noted.
• Getting Started with Windows 10, Tuesday, Sept. 25, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m..
There will be easy-to-follow instructions about using Windows 10 with time for plenty of questions. The Computer Lab is open for individual help Thursday, Sept. 27, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.. Call 630-554-5602 for sign-up for class or lab.
• Medicare Discussions: Supplement Plans, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 11 a.m..
There are many options for Medicare Supplement Plans and attendees can learn what they are to determine what is the best option. Need more help, please make an appointment with a SHIP counselor. To RSVP or make an individual appointment call 630-554-5602.
• Ask a Cop, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m..
There will be a Q&A session with Kendall County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Wayne Dial. Learn what’s new with the law and get individual questions answered and concerns addressed.
• Caregiver Support Group, Friday, Sept. 28, 10 a.m..
Keith Bielema, BSW, of Kendall County Health Departments Transitions Program will present the monthly support group for those who have found themselves in a caregiving role. This group offers support, ideas, resources, and hope on the sometimes heavy journey through caregiving.
