H.E.L.P. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, all-volunteer rescue organization that provides veterinary care, food, and shelter for stray and abandoned cats and dogs until they are adopted into loving homes. H.E.L.P. does not have a facility. All of the dogs and cats are in foster homes which enables H.E.L.P. so we can better match the cat/dog with the right person or family.
