Staff members are back in the building and the Plano Community Library is offering curbside pickup. Curbside service for printing, faxing, and photocopying are available.
You can call in to ask a question and get book recommendations. Basically, if we can help you over the phone and from your car, we’ll do our best to do so.
Any of our users who have cards from other libraries can use our service. If you have a card from another library, you won’t be able to place a hold online, but you can call us and we can pull items for you.
Plano Library cardholders can now place holds online. Only Plano items will be available for holds right now. Once delivery between libraries resumes, we’ll be able to receive items from other libraries. You can call to request items.
