Polar Plunges provide chills, help Special Olympics

Fundraisers for Special Olympics include a dip in chilly bodies of water, perhaps in 30 degree to 40 degree temperatures. Participants, clubs, school group, law enforcement agencies, and individuals, pay to take dips.
