Ray Hinsch defends Wayside Cross Ministries at Aurora City Council

Retired United States Air Force Lieutenant-Colonel, Chaplain, and Wayside Cross volunteer, teacher, and mentor in Aurora, Ray Hinsch, speaks on behalf of 19 registered sex offenders at the Aurora City Council meeting Tuesday. He said they should be allowed to continue to reside at Wayside Cross after a nearby public park was converted into a children’s playground. He stated they have served their sentences and entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that gives them a life that is redeemed, rejoicing, and ready to help others.
