Many in today’s Democratic Party call themselves democratic socialists. They put democratic in front of the word socialist to soften the socialist stigma conjured in the minds of the voters. This doesn’t work with those who understand democratic socialism is a euphemism for Communism. It only works with the naive, uninitiated, and the brainwashed like Chas “Spongy” Coddington.
The democratic socialists are no longer John F. Kennedy’s (JFK) Democrats. They’re not even Barack Obama’s Democrats. Bill Clinton’s Democrats never supported Cuba, Iran, or Hamas. The democratic socialist party does. Some of today’s democrats support Hamas terrorists and Iran, who until recently, was the number one state sponsor of terror yelling “Death to America.” JFK’s Democrats opposed both socialism and communism…period. Even Clinton Democrats supported Israel.
Some of today’s democratic socialists chant “From the River to the Sea”, a call for the genocide of the Jews. Democratic socialists Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), and Zohran Mamdani have recruited Socialists and Communists into their party who have, and will, push for the confiscation of personal property, defunding police, and even ending the arrest and incarceration of violent criminals.
Commie Mamdani’s personal picks in the recent primaries in New York included Claire Valdez, Brad Lander, and Avila Chevalier who made posts about abolishing police, jails, and prisons.
Yes Mr. Coddington, it is my prerogative to call you a communist, because you advocate for communism. Through your ideals, you’ve identified yourself as communist in the articles you’ve written in this publication. No amount of lipstick you put on your “Porky Pig” articles will change what you’ve written. Your beliefs are known by our readers, me included. Your beliefs come from the communist manifesto, not the Declaration of Independence. So calling you a communist is not a slur, it is an accurate depiction of who you are.
I challenge you “Spongy” Coddington to interview those who have escaped communism. Interview Cuban, Venezuela, and Eastern Europe refugees, and ask them what they see happening in this country as a result of the leftist ideology of the democratic socialists. They will tell you they see exactly what I see. They will tell you democratic socialists are communists.
Put away your books by Zinn, Marx, Stalin, and Mao. Then pick up a book on the Declaration of Independence and how that document lead to the liberation of this nation from real kings, and how this country recently liberated millions of people from the clutches of communism. Donald Trump liberated millions of Venezuelans from Maduro, a communist the democratic socialists love. Ronald Reagan defeated the USSR freeing millions of Eastern Europeans in that process. Ask these people what they think about your democratic socialists?
Our free enterprise system, which is the envy of the world, is responsible for our country’s wealth and success. “Spongy” Coddington and his democratic socialists want it destroyed. Those of us who have escaped communism, me included, are mystified by the stupidity of the democratic socialists.
Democratic socialists hate America. Some say we deserved 9/11. They say we live on stolen land, which is why they say we are an illegitimate country. They want our family units destroyed so that communist government becomes the savior to our problems. They want our borders open and our wealth redistributed to the people of the world. They want our children brainwashed to think socialism and communism are superior to the free enterprise system. This is Coddington’s dream. Coddington has lived a life in books without experience to know the evil of communism. This is why he thinks he is a socialist democrat, instead of a communist.
