Question: Who’s afraid of Anthony Fauci?

Answer: We all should be, because he’s not to be trusted, because he’s not a part of the solution to COVID-19, but a part of the problem.

Apparently, president Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress are afraid of him. There have been calls from various organizations and individuals for Anthony Fauci to resign, or be fired. There have been calls for him to be prosecuted for “crimes against humanity.” The reason why shortly. But the president and his party remain mum on the subject.

I recently came across an interesting political cartoon drawn by Joey Weatherford of the Tribune Content Agency. Weatherford’s style of cartooning is unique in that his caricatures of political figures tend to be grotesque in the extreme. The cartoon is divided into four parts. The first part has “Fauci” saying, “I predict that Omicron is already in the U.S. and will go all over.” The second part has his saying, “It has a bunch of mutations which suggest it will evade detection.” The third part has his saying, “The new virus could even possibly infect the vaccinated.” The fourth part has his saying “Stay tuned for more of my predictions. They can change at any time.”

The cartoonist is spoofing Fauci’s almost daily interviews by the news media. One day, he speaks glowingly of a “light at the end of the tunnel,” i.e the end of the pandemic; the next day, he warns that, if everybody doesn’t get inoculated with the original vaccine and an endless number of booster shots, we’re all dead meat. You can’t watch any newscast on television in which he does not appear. He has become the poster boy for the pharmaceutical industry and the public-health community, and they are not afraid of him, but, they should be.

Anthony Fauci has spent his entire professional career either experimenting with microbes, bacteria, and viruses in order to produce a useful product, or providing funds for others’ experiments. His track record leaves something to be desired; and he has left a trail of failures, e.g. swine flu, avian flu, West Nile flu. His biggest failure to date, however, has been his search for a vaccine to combat HIV/AIDS; he has spent billions of taxpayer dollars and the lives of tens of thousands of monkeys over the course of 36 years, and he has yet to find a cure.

The Chas has said time and again that there is no cure for any disease. There is only prevention in the form of a strong immune system brought on by a proper diet.

Now, Fauci is trying his hand at COVID-19. If he succeeds, and he won’t, he will have corrected a mistake he made three years ago. The mistake was his providing funds to the tune of $3.7 million by his agency, the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, of a non-profit research laboratory, the EcoHealth Alliance, for the purpose of experimenting with a relatively harmless bat virus and learn how virulent it could be made. Dr. Peter Daszak, director of the Alliance, then used some this money to fund researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which, by the way, has ties to the Chinese military. These researchers succeeded all too well, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Fauci appeared in front of a Senate subcommittee in June and vigorously denied having provided funds for the Wuhan laboratory. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky called him out on his claim, and their exchange ended up with their calling each other a liar. Fauci’s part, to be sure, was an indirect one and so, technically he wasn’t lying. But he knew where the money was going and why it was going there. He didn’t get to be head of an important government agency on just his good looks.

Hence the-hue-and-cry of the aforementioned organizations and individuals who have awakened to the truth of the origin of COVID-19. They say that Anthony Fauci should be held accountable for his part in the pandemic. The more radical among them say that he should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. One possible indictment would consist of four million, and counting, counts of involuntary manslaughter. What kind of just punishment would that engender, dear reader?

The Nuremburg Tribunal sentenced 19 top Nazis in 1946 to hang for their crimes. But, Anthony Fauci won’t hang; instead, the Good Doctor will get a slap on the wrist and be allowed to resign with a fat government pension.

Why? Because Joe Biden is afraid of him; he’s afraid that Fauci will come back to haunt him and ruin his chances of re-election in 2024.

Fauci’s victims will become restless spirits for all eternity, unrequited in their search for justice.

Just a thought.
