The Sandwich VFW Post 1486 is sponsoring its annual pig roast from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19 at the Sandwich VFW, 713 S. Main Street. Donations for the dinner are $13 for pork, potato salad, baked beans, dinner roll, and dessert. Dine in or drive thru. Proceeds for area veteran programs.
