The 2019 Special Olympics Spring Games will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 5 at Marmion Academy, 1000 Butterfield Road, Aurora.
There are 13 Regions in the State which will hold Spring Games. The May 5 event at Marmion Academy is the only one in The Voice’s general circulation area. Other sites are in Chicago’s northeast suburbs, south suburbs, Rockford area, and downstate.
The weather is getting warmer and, for Special Olympics Illinois athletes everywhere, that means soon it will be time for Spring Games!
Special Olympics Illinois will have many Spring Games throughout the State, with almost 10,000 athletes competing over a three-week span.
