State representative Mark Batinick (R-Plainfield) will be host to a Telephone Town Hall for residents in his 97th District to talk about state issues and garner feedback from constituents. The call will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, and the conversation will be focused on local questions and concerns.

Residents in the Representative’s 97th District will receive a phone call, and can stay on the line to tune in, or alternatively, can stream it online at the following link: bit.ly/BatinickTownHall.

“While I can’t host my usual events this summer in the community, I am still doing my best to virtually meet with constituents and discuss their concerns about state issues,” said Batinick. “This town hall is another opportunity for me to answer questions from residents and listen to their feedback. If we can’t have large scale gatherings, this is the next best option to be able to remotely engage with as many district residents as possible.”

Residents unable to tune into the Tele-Town Hall can reach out to Batinick’s legislative office with any questions or concerns at 815-254-0000.
