There’s still time to savor Summer activities at the Riverwalk, in Naperville, including a paddleboat ride, patio refreshments at the Riverwalk Café, or a climb to the top of the Millennium Carillon in Moser Tower. The Naperville Park District will maintain late season hours of operations for each of these facilities.
The Riverwalk Cafe will be closed during the week and will be open on weekends only, through September 29, weather permitting. Operating hours are as follows:
• Saturdays, August 24 and 31: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.;
• Sundays, August 25 and September 1: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
• Monday, Sept. 2 (Labor Day): 11 a.m. to 6 p.m..
• Saturdays and Sundays, September 7-29: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m..
The Paddleboat Quarry is open weekdays and weekends through Labor Day, and weekends only through the end of September. Operating hours are:
• August 24-25: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
• August 19-23 and 26-29: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.;
• August 30: Closed for Last Fling setup;
• August 31 to September 1: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.;
• September 2 (Labor Day): 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.;
• September 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, and 28-29: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m..
The Millennium Carillon in Moser Tower and Visitor Center is open on weekends for tours through October 27, except that the facility will be closed August 31 and September 1 during Last Fling. Saturday hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday hours are noon to 6 p.m..
