The Naperville Park District’s ninth annual holiday lights recycling program, in partnership with Elgin Recycling, will be through February 1, 2020. Residents and businesses are invited to bring their old, nonworking lights to any of the following locations: Alfred Rubin Riverwalk Community Center, 305 W. Jackson Avenue, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.
