I’m pleased to announce that our Second Annual “Race to Fight Diabetes” Awareness Night, will be held as scheduled Saturday, Aug. 1, at Sycamore Speedway on Route 64, Maple Park. Gates will open at 6 p.m..
Tiffany Olson, general manager of Sycamore Speedway, already has posted our Club as host on their Racing Website and Facebook Page.
Phase IV of Restore Illinois, will limit the number of attendees allowed to be in the stands, in order to maintain social distancing, and will more than likely require advance ticket sales.
The Cosmopolitan Club of Aurora, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, will sell a limited amount of tickets in advance of our August 1 race night.
A $15 admission ticket includes three 50/50 raffle tickets.
The drawing will be held during a track intermission, and the winner need not be present to win.
