Yorkville author Brent A. Peterson discusses his book, “Once Upon A Lifetime: The Epic True Story of Corporal William Wesley Bennett, USMC,” at Aurora Noon Lions Club’s meeting Monday at Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center in Aurora. An Aurora native, Bennett, 1919-2011, was a Marine Corps corporal who served in combat with Company D, second battalion, in Saipan, Tinian, Tarawa, and Solomon Islands during World War II.
