The Forest Preserve District of Will County will host a kids fishing derby from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 27 at Hidden Lakes Trout Farm, 475 Trout Farm Rd., Bolingbrook.
Young anglers ages five to 15 can compete for prizes, enjoy treats and receive giveaways during this popular fishing event. Sessions will be offered from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m..
The event is free of charge, but, registration is required at ReconnectWithNature.org.
