Tickets for the Friends of the Yorkville Public Library’s sixth annual Mini Golf FUN Raiser will be on sale at the library beginning Monday, December 3. Tickets would make a unique stocking-stuffer. The event will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019, and admission is $5 per person. Tickets may be purchased during regular library hours or at the door on the day of the event.
The 18 holes are decorated for family fun, and various costumed characters will be present that day in the Yorkville Public Library, 902 Game Farm Road, Yorkville. Players can vote for their favorite hole and try to get a hole-in-one on the 10th hole.
Donations by businesses and families will be raffled off the day of the January 27, 2019 event. Items to be raffled include, a Birthday Party Package (YPAC), a dinner gift card (Southbank Original Barbecue), and an American Girl Doll (Kathi Murphy and Sue Smithmeyer). Tickets for the raffle will be sold beginning Friday, Jan. 4, 2019.
