Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package dry ziti pasta
1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 (28 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup red wine
4 cloves of garlic, minced
6 ounces sliced provolone cheese
6 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente and drain.

2. In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat. Add onions and saute until tender. Add spaghetti sauce, wine, and garlic and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Preheat oven to 350F.

4. In a bowl add the pasta and sour cream and mix.

5. In a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish, place half of the pasta and sour cream, top with a layer of provolone and mozzarella cheese slices. Spread on a layer of half the spaghetti sauce mixture.

6. Cover with remaining pasta, cheese, and sauce; sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

7. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the cheese and sauce are bubbly.
