Aurora Lions Club will offer its annual Candy Days fundraiser Friday and Saturday, Oct. 9-10.
Volunteers wearing bright yellow aprons will accept donations from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside Prisco’s Family Market, 1108 Prairie St., Aurora.
The fundraiser, organized by the Lions of Illinois Foundation, supports programs and services for individuals with vision and hearing impairments. Services include: Free vision and hearing screenings, operating Camp Lions, providing low-vision support and orientation and mobility training, funding grants for eye and hearing research and institutions.
