The Batavia Boardwalk Shops, 114 E Wilson St., Batavia,, will get a little more magical in October with the return of Witches Night Out Saturday, Oct. 17, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.. The evening will feature tarot and other readings, pop-up vendors, a costume contest, and festive specials throughout the Boardwalk Shops.
The evening will kick off early with an Introduction to Candle Magic workshop hosted by Hoof + Horn from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.. This ticketed workshop will introduce participants to the craft of candle magic. Space is limited, and advance registration is required online at https://witchesnightout.squarespace.com.
There will be a Costume Contest Come dressed as your best witch and enter the costume contest! Entries must be submitted by 7:25 p.m., with voting at 7:30 p.m. and the winner announced at 8 p.m.. The winner will receive a prize courtesy of What One Woman Sees and Batavia MainStreet.
