Ben Cohen, co-founder of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, takes a scoop of the newest flavor Monday in honor of Lauren Underwood at the Riverwalk in downtown Naperville. Underwood, a Naperville resident, is challenging Republican Party U.S. representative Randy Hultgren in the 14th Congressional District election November 6. The flavor is called Underwood for the common good: Apple-based with pistachio and almonds, a caramel ribbon dancing through it, and a girl scout cookie on top.
