Director of Community Development for North Aurora, Mike Toth explains the Sugar Grove Boundary Agreement at the North Aurora Committee of the Whole meeting Monday. The Village staff is updating the jurisdictional boundary line agreements with Aurora and Batavia and are discussing a new 20-year term with Sugar Grove. The proposed agreement would extend the current boundary line to the north by following Norris Road and Bliss Road to the intersection of Main Street and Bliss Road.
