Illinois rates second best in U.S. for electric grid leadership

Nomination papers were denied due to failure to fasten them as required. The aldermanic candidates who were denied for incorrect filing of nomination papers: Hugo Saltijeral, candidate for 1st Ward; Valerie Budach, candidate for 1st Ward; John Robinson, candidate 8th Ward; and Paul J.
