Cannabis legislation was the focus Saturday morning for the panel at Waubonsee Community College Downtown Campus in Aurora. Bills in both the State Senate (316) and the State House (2353) would make cannabis legal to take it off the illegal market. Joe McMahon, Kane County State’s attorney, was against the bill: Increased problems.
