New this year, the Naperville Park District will have separate registration dates for the Fall and Winter sessions of the Naperville Youth Basketball League. Registration for the Fall Youth Basketball League will begin at noon Tuesday, Aug. 29 for residents and at noon Thursday, Aug. 31 for nonresidents. Resident Winter Youth Basketball League registration will begin at noon Tuesday, Nov. 7 and nonresident registration will begin at noon Thursday, Nov. 9. Participation in the Naperville Youth Basketball League continues to grow each year. Staff members anticipates a high-demand first day of registration and will work diligently to expand the program to accommodate as many players on the waitlist as possible.
“Naperville Youth Basketball is an exceptionally popular program and most available slots fill up very quickly,” said Program manager Fred Gusel. “We greatly appreciate families’ patience and understanding as staff works to find locations and times for those who are on the waitlist. Please be aware that this process may take several weeks.”
