The Islamic Foundation in Villa Park remembers and prays for the victims and families of the New Zealand Mosque shooting Sunday. The Islamic Foundation is at 300 W. Highridge in Villa Park.
The theme was: Come join us in prayer and stand united with us against hate. We show solidarity with those who were lost in New Zealand in a brazen Islamophobic act.
Mohammad Imran Khan, 37, owner of a restaurant in New Zealand, was one of 50 killed in the shooting. His family attends The Islamic Foundation.
