Angie Thomas, executive director of Pregnancy Information Center (PIC) in Aurora, presents information at the Kiwanis Club of Aurora Tuesday at the Prisco Center in Aurora. The PIC was founded in 1985 and its mission is to protect the life of the unborn and vision is that all people make life-affirming choices. Services are free, confidential, and available in both English and Spanish. Funding is received from the community, including members from approximately 40 churches. PIC receives no federal funding. The next fundraiser will be 7 p.m., Thursday, May 17 at Orchard Valley Baptist Church in Aurora.
