Bernie Laskowski, chef and owner of Craft Urban, a popular eatery in Geneva, explains his plans for a second location in Aurora Tuesday at the Aurora Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting in City Hall. Laskowski, an Aurora resident, has plans for a contemporary urban neighborhood restaurant named Craft Urban Cocktail to be built at 41 S. Stolp Avenue at the northwest corner of Stolp Avenue and Downer Place, across the street from Charlie’s Silver Spoon Creamery in the former Assell photo building.
