The first thing president Joe Biden did taking office was to reduce our oil supplies by cutting the XL Keystone Pipeline and halting our drilling on federal land and shutting down our oil refineries. The president was following the advice of 16 year old Gretta Thunberg, a barmaid, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), and their understanding of climate change pseudoscience. Neither of these women have ever taken a science class on climate change, so neither understands it.
As I indicated above, Biden hamstrung our fossil fuel industry as his first order of business in the White House. Next, he began importing 900,000/Russian barrels of oil to the U.S./day to make up for the short fall he created for us. Then, he lifted sanctions on the Russian oil pipeline (Nordstrom). Vladimir Putin could finish the Nordstrom oil pipeline and sell his oil to Europe through Germany. Europe is now reliant on Putin for oil.
Ukraine has wanted to join NATO to protect against Russian aggression for a long time. Putin on the other hand, didn’t want Ukraine, an anti Russian NATO country, on its border. Putin, feeling strong with his export of Russian oil to the world invaded Ukraine to prevent Ukraine’s entry into NATO. China backed and helped Russia in this move ignoring a weak Biden and his sanctions. Now China, and even India purchase Russian oil in defiance of Biden’s sanctions against Russia
Russia, China, and even India, are burning fossil fuels (oil, coal) while we destroy our economy by killing our coal and oil production.
Putin’s ruble is strong despite Biden’s sanctions as we experience huge inflation and $6 per gallon gas. Biden, in the meantime, goes begging for oil from dictatorships around the world. He ignores the vast supply of energy under our feet. We again have our hand out, dependent on other countries for our energy.
We were energy independent with $2.34 per gallon under Donald Trump and no wars. But since Trump, Biden has given Ukraine $50 billion dollars of our treasure, for their war, while we are about to go into recession.
Remember, it was Biden’s first actions to shut down our oil, then allow Putin to finish the Nordstrom pipeline.
P.S. We were a net exporter of oil a year-and-a half ago. Had we continued to export oil to include Europe, Europe would not be dependent on Russia. It is this dependence that prevents the Europeans from fully supporting Ukraine in their war.
The brilliance of the climate changers, along with a bumbling Biden, has sent our Country and the world into chaos.
P.P.S. our planet has been warming for thousands of years. There is nothing we can do to prevent natural climate change. It is a part of a natural order.
Climate change is a natural process. The cycles of nature, warming and cooling, has been going on since the formation of our planet. Man-made climate change is a fraud and we are risking nuclear conflict and the destruction of our Country living this lie.
