President Joe Biden needs to take a cognitive test, and if special prosecutor Hur is proven correct, Biden needs to be removed from office under the 25th amendment. If test results prove Biden is not impaired, he should stand trial for illegally- possessing documents he had no right to possess. It doesn’t get more simple.
Hillary Clinton knowingly destroyed 33,000 subpoenaed E-mail with “bleach bit” and hammers. She used an unsecured server conducting official government business as secretary of state. Former FBI director James Comey revealed all of this information, then exonerated Clinton before the 2016 presidential election. Bill Clinton, as a former president, was told by a court he had rights to his documents under the presidential documents act. Former president Donald Trump has those same rights. So, if neither Biden nor Hillary Clinton can be tried for their mishandling of documents, or illegal possession of documents, but Trump can be, we no longer live in a country of laws. And it seems we are there, because Trump’s case is going forward.
“Wayne’s World” Johnson wants to be my “fact checker.” He wants you to live according to his facts. Wayne’s panic regarding what I write tells me “I’m over the target.” Trump has never been charged with insurrection, nor have any of the rioters, who breached the Capital January 6, 2021. No guilt of insurrection has been proven against anyone from January 6. So how can insurrection be used to take Trump off the Colorado ballot when no one, including Trump, has been charged with insurrection? Colorado has acted illegally, which is why the Supreme Court will force Colorado to reinstate Trump on the Colorado primary ballots. But Wayne, in support of his truth, his justice and the un-American way, says the Colorado Supreme Court quote: “didn’t need conviction of” only “engaged in” insurrection by the orange-faced conscienceless, mean spirited blob…” Wrong again Wayne!!
Dear reader, in Wayne’s World, any state supreme court or any state’s secretary of state could decide to remove a candidate from a ballot without due process, and in so doing, prevent you from voting for the person of your choice. So much for a democratic process. In Wayne’s World, a handful of people agreeing with him would determine whom you could vote for. Do you want to live in Wayne’s World? The Supreme Court has taken up the case: Prediction Wayne: If by the time you read this, SCOTUS hasn’t already agreed with me, they will eventually agree with me on this ballot question. “Back In The USSR,” there’s an election coming and Vladimir Putin’s been doing away with political rivals. The latest rival, the late Aleksey Navalny, has “died” in an Arctic Russian Gulag after chopping big ice cubes into littler ice cubes. Biden, in a moment of amazing irony, eulogized Navalny by saying: “He bravely stood up to the corruption.” Biden said this just as he was cashing his most recent checks from China and Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Biden’s handlers, Obama, and the Democratic Party are trying to do away with Trump. Wayne continues fantasizing of Trump’s death. The FBI, DOJ, and a group of Soros prosecutors are doing the bidding of the Biden family and the Democratic Party. These DAs have run for office on the promise of jailing Trump. One of the DAs, Fanny Willis, hired her lover, Nathan Wade, to prosecute Trump. Wade’s even been to the White House and made more than $600K and there hasn’t even been a trial yet. It seems Willis and Wade have been cruising on the taxpayers dime. They have done what they accuse Trump of doing, which is what leftists do.
