Dear editor;
As retiring GOP precinct committeeman for Oswego 10 I wish to indicate my choices for the upcoming March 19 primary election. As is my custom, I do not recommend any positions which are not challenged.
For U.S. Congress I endorse James T. “Jim” Marter who has served the Kendall County GOP constituency well for many years.
For my relief as P.C. of Oswego 10 I recommend Paul Bumba. Prior to my planned retirement I asked anyone interested in the post to contact me. Paul did so, was carefully screened by me and others, and is my choice for that post.
For the Circuit Court Clerk my choice is Matthew G. Prochaska, the incumbent who has performed very well in this post for a few years. And for County Board members (District 2), I endorse Claude Ainsworth and Diane Selmer. I know both well and they will produce good results for the citizenry.
